Devon Biondi

Vice President, Strategy Services

Devon works closely with Mashery customers advising them in all stages
of their API lifecycle from program conception to platform launch. Prior to Mashery she was the Chief of Staff at TIBCO Software where she worked as a strategic advisor to the CEO in allaspects of the company from acquisitions, restructures, new product development, large-scale customer retention and events. Prior to TIBCO, she worked as an Innovation Manager at Monster Labs, the R&D arm of, where she focused on market research analysis for new products and strategic investment as well as product management, public relations and managed all IP for Her time before that was spent at CapGemini where she worked in the Strategy & Transformation group consulting for Fortune 100 companies such as McDonalds, Ryder Logistics, Eli Lilly and many others. Devon graduated from Amherst College and is an East Coast transplant.

Chuck Freedman

Director, Vertical Insights

At Mashery, Chuck specializes in bringing customers to market by leveraging his deep technical expertise and background in building platforms.  Prior, he was  Chief Platform Evangelist at Litl, Chuck managed a device-based platform and SDK that let developers build apps optimized for usability and the TV experience.  While Director of Developer Platform at Ribbit, Chuck coded, deployed and evangelized Ribbit’s telephony platform to a community that grew to over 6,000 developers within its first year. As a direct result of this effort and innovation, Ribbit was acquired by BT for $105 million in July, 2008. 

A graduate of Boston University’s College of Communication, Chuck loves engaging developers and has spoken at several conferences on Flash platform technologies. In the past few years he has appeared at Adobe MAX, FlashForward, MashupCamp, FITC (both in Toronto and Hollywood), Yahoo! Public Hack Day, Where 2.0, Apollo Camp, 360|Flex (Seattle, Atlanta and San Jose), Dreamforce, MIT EmTech and Ribbit’s own Developer Spawn Event.  Chuck is a published author of Wrox Yahoo! Maps Mashups and Wrox’s Professional Flex 2.  Chuck lives in Boston with his wife and two sons and is a Red Sox season ticket holder.

Rob Zazueta

Director, Platform Strategy

Rob has more than 15 years of Web development experience, three years as an independent business owner and more than three years in business development and technical sales support. Prior to Mashery, he managed the API program for a popular email marketing and social media company serving small businesses. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of California at Berkeley.

When he’s not helping Mashery’s customers blow the doors off their API strategies, Rob can be found brewing beer, roasting coffee and resisting the urge to use his toddler son as a taste tester.

Sasha Kamenetska

API Platform Analyst

Sasha works with Mashery customers to help them identify new API-powered partnerships, research competitive APIs, optimize their portals for partner on-boarding, determine appropriate monetization for their API programs and more.  Prior to Mashery, Sasha worked at ZS Associates, a consulting firm specializing in sales, marketing and operations.  While at ZS, Sasha spent time conducting quantitative and qualitative market research studies, and doing projects on sales force sizing and optimization.  Prior to ZS, Sasha interned at OpenView Labs, the strategic and operational consulting arm of OpenView Venture Partners, where she helped streamline processes that identified potential prospects and conducted research for portfolio companies.  Sasha is a graduate of Columbia University with a degree in Mathematics and Political Science.

Kyle Riordan

Research Analyst

Kyle performs market research and competitive analysis focused on emerging trends for Mashery Strategy Services’ customers.  Prior to joining the strategy team, Kyle worked on the inbound sales team holding in-depth conversations with prospective customers focusing on their business goals to help ensure successful engagements.  During his time on the inbound team, he took on new challenges such as working with multiple teams to launch and administer Mashery’s 30 Day Trial.  

Kyle has a degree in International Business, with a concentration in Management, from Bryant University.  During his studies, Kyle studied abroad in Paris, traversed the locks of the Panama Canal and visited the Galapagos Islands.
